River Beach Resort & Residences - Hoi An

We adored our time at river beach resort & residences! It's just a short stroll to the fine cua dai beach. The breakfast buffet had so many options, and the omelette station was a hit! The staff, especially anna, were kind and attentive.

Low cost hotel in a great area close enough to the river, the staff and the location, the beach is more inviting and the bridge. Particularly good location for our trip. For tea or coffee visit The Darwin nearby.

Not very clean room.

It is away from town so the traffic noise level is low. Nice open area with swimming pool. Close to the beach and beach restaurants. Courtesy bus into Hoi An saves a $3 taxi.

If you have a room overlooking the pool/garden area be prepared for the noise from late night swimmers.The hotel is under renovation - not sure weather the banging at 5 am is them taking it down or putting it up!

Great location near Cua Dai Beach, just a 5-minute walk. Our room had a balcony with a lovely river view, and it was spacious with a comfy bed. Breakfast featured an omelette station and fresh fruits. The pool was enjoyable, especially Anna, were super friendly. They also offer spa services, including back massages and foot massages.

Charming Experience with Lovely Staff

The spacious room offered fine river views, and the pool area was a serene escape.

We can higly recommend this hotel. Nice location and facilities, delicious breakfast. We liked the swimming pool, sun bathing in the shadow at the hotel, tailor visiting in Hoi An, river boat, snorkeling at Cham Island.

We had a family room, whith two separate rooms. In one of our rooms,there came much light in trough the curtains. The room was very light from 6 am. It was a problem to sleep longer than 6 am. The other room we could close the light outside, and we slept a lot more better there.

Very nice staff! There is nothing missing!

Sometimes too loud in the morning

Had a fantastic group trip with friends! We loved the beautiful pool area and enjoyed relaxing by the river. It was great to explore the nearby markets and take a trip to the beach. The staff were wonderful, always helpful.

We did have a little issue with the plumbing in our room. The sink didn't drain well, a bit annoying .

I thought the location was perfect. The resort backs up to a nice, serene river and the beach is a 2 minute walk. The beach is very nice; one of the best we have seen. The shuttle to HoiAn was very nice and a taxi back is very reasonable. The Blue Wave is a great restaurant nearby. We went back almost everyday.

The shower heads need to be adjusted to spray out and not down. It causes it to leak out and wet the bathroom floor.

The hotel was very peaceful and the staff were friendly. The beach was great.

A little too far from town but not too out of the way.

Guests will enjoy a satisfactory breakfast with an excellent variety of food choices. the staff is very welcoming and possesses great local knowledge, enhancing the overall experience. Plus, the resort is located in a lovely area that contributes to its charm.

I had a fantastic stay at River Beach Resort & Residences with exceptional personal service, and the weather was absolutely lovely. the location was perfect, being near the Night Market and just a short distance from various attractions in Vietnam. the resort provided a private area that added to the charm. the pool was well-maintained, and I enjoyed refreshing cool drinks at the pool bar, making for an enjoyable experience overall.

The location was good & the view of the River very pleasant.

I would say this hotel is not 4 star as was quoted, more likely 3 star. It was tired & run down although they did appear to be working on renovations. The beds were very uncomfortable.

All staff were very frendly and helpful in all aspects. We will definitly pass on the name of the otel to family and mates

Nothing only more sun beds are required arround the site

This hotel is a balanced option for a whistle-stop in Hoi An with value for money. I loved waking up early to catch the sunrise and see the fishermen starting their day. Be sure to take the free shuttle bus to the old town for a lovely evening stroll among the lanterns.
