we absolutely adored our time at river beach resort & residences! it’s just a short stroll to the stunning cua dai beach. the breakfast buffet had so many options, and the omelette station was a hit! the staff, especially anna, were incredibly kind and attentive.

We had a delightful stay, highlighted by our interactions with Anna and Lily, whose hospitality made us feel at home. The spacious room offered stunning river views, and the pool area was a serene escape.

Great location near Cua Dai Beach, just a 5-minute walk. Our room had a balcony with a lovely river view, and it was spacious with a comfy bed. Breakfast featured an omelette station and fresh fruits. The pool was enjoyable, and the staff, especially Anna, were super friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. They also offer spa services, including back massages and foot massages.

Had a fantastic group trip with friends! We loved the beautiful pool area and enjoyed relaxing by the river. It was great to explore the nearby markets and take a trip to the beach. The staff were wonderful, always helpful, and made our stay so memorable.

We did have a little issue with the plumbing in our room. The sink didn’t drain well, which was a bit annoying during our stay.

This hotel is a balanced option for a whistle-stop in Hoi An with value for money. I loved waking up early to catch the sunrise and see the fishermen starting their day. Be sure to take the free shuttle bus to the old town for a lovely evening stroll among the lanterns.

However, we faced a minor plumbing issue with the sink in our room, and there were times when the pool area lacked sufficient loungers.

The Deluxe Double Room with River View offers nice vistas and a spacious layout. It’s a short walk to the beach, tucked away for a bit of tranquility while still being close to town.

Rooms feel a bit tired, resembling a lower-star rating, with dated furniture and a lack of modern amenities like bathtubs. The shuttle service has early cut-offs, limiting evening trips to town, and the restaurant menu lacks variety with some disappointing meal experiences. Plus, the pool area could use more loungers for relaxation.

I enjoyed my stay for 13 nights. The room was spacious with a river view. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The beach was a short walk away. 🌊
